Adjuster

The Adjuster determines what an insurance company must pay on a claim and if so, how much.
[Duties include: Gather evidence(statements, photos, official reports, & more.); review claim for compliance; approve/deny claim; determine the value of the claim & resolve it. ]

Appraiser

The Appraiser relies on the adjuster for a successfully determining the value of an approved claim.
[Duties include: prepare/document property value reports; stay updated with industry regulations and best practices ]

Claims Manager

The Claims Manager assesses whether or not a claim is valid and organises any action that is needed for the Adjuster/Appraiser to resolve the claim.
[Duties include: Review investigation done by the adjuster/appraiser; approve payment for claim resolution; provide compliance coaching; and more. ]

Arbitrator

The Arbitrator is an independent person or body officially appointed to settle a claim dispute.
[Duties include: review & evaluate supporting evidence; provide a burden of proof analysis based on the preponderance standard; finalize if the burden of proof is met by both disputing parties; and more. ]
